With the greatest of respect for the rules of ageing; a collection that retains not only the expertise, but also the heart and soul of exceptional distillers.
All vintages are Cask Strength (Brut de Fût), still in barrels until the 60's. Older vintages are kept in glass jars / bottles and probably have not aged more than 50 years in barrel.

Cask Strength / Brut de Fût: means that the product is pur and natural, not water, no artificial colors was aded. To make it easy all our armagnacs are cask strength except: VSOP, XO, XOextra, Hors d'Age.
Cask Strength / Brut de Fût: veut tout simplement dire "à la force du fût". C'est donc une gamme mis en bouteilles sans réduction, au degré naturel, sans colorants et non réduit. C'est le cas de tous nos armagnacs à l'exception des : VSOP, XO, XOextra, Hors d'Age.

For the CLASSIC, DECANTER and VINTAGE collections, the picture representing the bottles will have one difference once delivered to the client, this concerns the year of the armagnac depending on your choice. It is represented by a sticker above the main label.
Once bottled, armagnac is a stable spirit and will not really age. It should be stored upright, away from direct sunlight, avoid dry places like above heater as the cork may dry.
To best appreciate the extent of its complexity, it can be served 15 minutes before tasting, so that it has some time to ‘breathe’ to develop and your nose can follow the evolution of flavors. You may serve the glasses before desert, by the time you finish the glasses will be tempered. To best enjoy Armagnac, some people prefer a tapered glass, or tulip-shaped, which help concentrate the flavors, while others prefer a snifter, it’s up to you.
